Supreme Court justice Napolitano?
Among those under consideration is Homeland Security Secretary and former Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano. Others are Solicitor General Elena Kagan, Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm and U.S. Appeals Court judges Sonia Sotomayor and Diane Pamela Wood. California Supreme Court Justice Carlos Moreno is also under review by Obama.

Veteran Pennsylvania Sen. Arlen Specter told colleagues Tuesday that he switched from the Republican to the Democratic Party, Sen. Harry Reid says.
The Specter party switch would give Democrats a filibuster-proof Senate majority of 60 seats if Al Franken holds his current lead in the disputed Minnesota Senate race.

It’s not like Obama has been first at anything… like becoming the first black president of the Harvard law review, the only black senator when he served, or first black president of the free world… and it’s not like he’s pumping extra money into education… a true ASU fundraiser… geez.
